What It Is
A Mukhtar's day is a queue. Requests arrive in person, by phone, through relatives, and now through an application — and each one means transcribing the same identity details onto a different official form, by hand, again.
Mukhtar Portal is a desktop workspace built around a single idea: enter once, print anywhere. A citizen's details are captured one time, then populate every form that needs them. Incoming requests appear the moment they are submitted, without a refresh.
It is deliberately a professional tool rather than an administrative panel. Mukhtars manage their own work and their own registry; the platform's configuration lives elsewhere, in Cedar Command.
What It Does
Real-time request intake
Submissions appear as they arrive. No polling, no refreshing, no missed request sitting in a queue nobody reloaded.
Auto-populated official forms
Identity and family details entered once flow into every form that needs them, in the official layout.
Two-mode print system
Print onto pre-printed official stationery, or produce the complete document — whichever the office actually uses.
A permanent client registry
The people a Mukhtar serves are a lasting record, not a stack of one-off transactions.
No admin panel, by design
Pricing, service configuration and onboarding are not a Mukhtar's job. Those live in Cedar Command.

Status, Stated Plainly
Pre-launch. Zero Mukhtars onboarded. No Ministry of Interior recognition held — it is being pursued, not claimed. No partners signed.
Working code for all three applications already exists, built during a prior venture. Its IP ownership is being settled with counsel, and nothing about the platform is represented as owned until that closes.
C.I.S. Services s.a.r.l. itself is not speculative: a Lebanese company registered on the Beirut Commercial Register on 22 May 2012, active, owned outright by Carlos Kfoury with no partners and no shareholders.
