Clients pay partners at standard market rates. Shield X is designed to earn 10–30% commissions from a network of 25–30 vetted partners. The partner-vetting design exists; no partner is named here because none is signed.

What Is Already Delivered, and by Whom
Some Shield X capabilities — TSCM, counter-drone consulting, and security architecture — continue to be delivered directly under CIS Security in the meantime. Shield X itself delivers nothing today.
Status, Stated Plainly
This is a finished blueprint. It is not registered, not built, has no legal entity, and holds no assets. It is positioned as a web application inside the Security Solutions line rather than as a separate company, deliberately, so the idea has a build path without a new entity. It will be described this way until it is more than that.
The designed identity uses a 144° hue relationship to signal integration across disciplines. That identity remains off every live surface until the product ships; this page uses the portfolio’s neutral graphite system.
